Steps to Fix A Google Adword Slap

Searching Google for traffic to your website is rewarding and allows you to gauge the traffic to your website. But what happens if you find you’ve been slapped? Modifying the ad and changing the landing page still won’t allow your campaign to run. The main keywords have been dinged and this could damage your brand. Traffic is still moving by using generic keywords, but you want it to move faster. What should you do? Start over?

You’re liable to spend countless hours and endless dollars trying to revive a dead project. Its frustrating after adding additonal content and articles, but you will have to admit the domain is gone. Its a hard truth to face after spending so much time on it.

Take a look at the heaviest volume to your key words. Set up your landing page at a new domain, and be choosy when selecting keywords specific and rich in connection to your domain. Adjust your website accordingly.

You may also consider adding content to your landing page on your new domain. Add a lot more content below your main above the fold landing page area. This actually improves conversions and adheres to quality guidelines. Write a half – dozen paragraphs and place that content below the fold.

Wordpress is a partner to Google, so install a blog to your domain as well. Its simple to do and takes about 30 minutes to install. It will improve the quality of your site and with fresh content added periodically keeps it current, fresh and trendy.

Lastly, upload your new campaign with Adwords Editor. This will boost your quality scores higher by 2-3 points as opposed to the keyword tool or a manual upload. What happens after that is unpredictable, but at least you’ll start off with a slight advantage.

You could blog and blog laborious in the faint hope that some search engines will pickup on your site. You could hope that your product is so unique that it becomes the next sensation.

Web entrepreneurs forget the most fundamental approach developing traffic: exposure in the mainstream news media. Reborn Affiliate Marketing

There has been concern lately among the affiliate marketing community about those members who have recently been banned by Google from using Adwords. Some have even gone so far as to declare it is the death of affiliate marketing on Google. Some industries have slashed the number of advertisers as a result of the Adword ban. Others are under the impression that Google is or is going to be banning any and all affiliate marketers from using its advertising service.

It is true some advertisers have been banned for life, but consideration must figure into the reasoning. Don’t jump to conclusions and assume its Google’s goal to rid the use of affiliate marketers, since they do thrive on Google. It appears that Google is targeting a very narrow caterogory of those advertisers, not all affiliate marketers. There is evidence to back up that statement.

Banned advertisers were all guilty of doing the same thing – either they were promoting or were suspected of promoting a business opportunity (biz-opp) by using Google’s name as a keyword. When searched, it took advantage of Google’s brand in product name and the stronghold behind it.

Affiliate Marketers who have been accused of this swear their material has nothing to do with the brand name. Even so, if there is any inpropriety suspected, it is offensive to Google and will lead to banishment. It is too easy to lead to lawsuits and attorney filings to protect the Google brand name.

Good non-affiliate advertisers have been banned as well, which doesn’t seem fair. Unfortunately, the wide reaching search for culprits touches the innocent bystanders as well. Google is still willing to accept payments from affiliate marketers, but are very cautious. Adding “reviews” as an afterthought may help the cause of the advertiser and the business opportunity.

You don’t need a product review website to use Adwords, but Google is set on recruiting new advertisers. It appears Google is creating its own Affiliate Network, which means publishers who have already published a lot of content on a topic could be eligble. Its a reality, they are still actively selling most of its space to affiliates, due to the fact being many affiliates own websites that contain lots of information on a particular topic.

So it may be a little premature to announce the end of Affiliate Marketing on Google as we know it, just because a small margin of marketers are no longer allowed to use Adwords in promoting their business. The truth is, Google is mindful of the those marketers who tend to generalize and through other affiliates into the same catergory as those who want to promote shoddy products and price gouging programs.

You may be able to do better than Google for online marketing. With some companies, AdWords may not be a good fit. Now some cost per click costs are greater than $10 a click. If average return is 1.5 percent, a $600 per month campaign will get 60 clicks (at a $10 Cost-Per-Click) and a .90% of a client.

Yahoo…banner advertising is not dead. The banner advertising I am referring to is in the area of placement ads. With the Google content network you can pick and choose where you want your banner ads to be seen.

Taking the time to do the research as to the best sites is a good investment of your time. If you have product dedicated to a target demographic of males, 50 years of age and above, you can use a web site such as Quantcast (.com) and find out where is the best place to advertise. When investigation and study is done better results can be yielded. I do not recommend allowing Google or any other search engine providers to automatically select where your ads can be placed. Using this option will lead to wasting your marketing budget as the SE now has control.

There is a new product, the Banner Blue Print which is an awesome product. It is an instructional step by step video class. The course consists of 30+ videos jam packed with 10hours+ of real solid content, including 8 Modules, with tons of videos, ebooks, and mindmaps in each!

There is a new product, the Banner Blue Print which is an awesome product. It is an instructional step by step video class. At a cost of $77, this is a steal. This is not an MLM scheme. In buying this training, it gives the opportunity to make a passive income a reality. Additionally, in learning how to place ads for yourself, you could turn around and sell this service for other companies. So you can make money in two ways. Pay Per Click is a very popular marketing or advertising tool where a search engine, website, newsletter or email list owners gets a certain amount of cash for every person that clicks on a link placed on the electronic media they use. Pay Per Click advertising is operated by many advertising firms. The most famous operator is Google with their Ad Words system.

They work because they are highly targeted and performance based. What do this two concepts mean? They are targeted because viewers are often only presented with adverts that are related to the subject they are searching for, or reading about. They are performance based because advertisers only pay when viewers click on their advert. This provides a level of assurance to advertisers that their adverts are being viewed, which is a big advantage on other medias where there is no guarantee the adverts is been seen or acted upon.

You can also profit from this marketing method if you have some kind of presence on the internet. If you own a blog, website or are willing to register for a free site you can also make money from pay per click adverts.

The key is the keep your expectations low, this marketing method only provides a profit when you have a lot of people viewing your webpage. This is because only a small percentage of those that hit your site are going to want to click on your advert and the adverts do not pay that much per click to start with. Having said that many marketers make a pretty profit from the adverts.

What determines how effective your advertising campaigns are? There are a number of elements that determine this. We will look at three of the most important ones, content relevance, positioning and the cost of the advert. Content relevance is a fancy way of saying that your viewers must be interested in the adverts to click on them. For example you are more likely to get viewers at your fishing blog to click on adverts on fishing rods and bait than on hockey sticks. This is because they are obviously interested in fishing or they would not be reading your blog.

If viewers find your site from a web search the chances of them clicking on your adverts will be much higher if these adverts are related to the subject or keywords they searched for. That is why it is important to either choose adverts that relate directly to your content or get the advert provider to only assign you relevant adverts. Google, for example will automatically assign you ad words adverts that are related to the information on your page.

If you are going to include adverts in your site make sure you put plenty and well positioned to increase the chances of your visitors seeing them and more importantly clicking on them.

Another point you must think about when using pay per click adverts is that not all advertisers pay the same amount. Some will pay you 5 cents while others $30 depending on the subject and the return of investment the advertiser expects. It pays then the fine tune your website to attract the pricier adverts.
