When you step into the arena of online marketing, whether it’s affiliate or Pay-per-click based, you can necessarily spend a large amount of time concentrating on things that, in the final analysis, don’t truly have effects on your business and revenue that much.

It’s called Pareto’s Principle, and it could be a directing action in numerous people’s lives. Eighty percent of our actions eventually account for only twenty p.c. of our results, and the other twenty percent of actions account for the leftover eighty percent of our results. While this sounds depressing and uninspiring to several folk, it’s actually an electrifying and galvanizing statistic, that with a little bit of work can change your work-life balance, and supply the life that you actually desire.

How many web marketers pull eighty hours weeks obsessing over their ad campaigns, troubling about their sales copy, and stressing over their hops to sale rate? It is something that frustrates all of us, and it’s neither good nor healthy. Do not let yourself evolved into one of those folks — obsessing over minuscule results that, in the end, are a part of that eighty percent of incomprehensible results. When you really target the twenty percent that does matter, you’ll finish up happier and richer than you can ever imagine.

Sound too good to be true? Don’t worry, it’s not. Whenever you find yourself hoping of something like this, some imaginary force always seems to come down and pull you back to ‘reality’. That’s no good — this is reality, and it’s possible with just a small amount of effort, and some incredibly smart work on your part. This free report, compiled by some of the best internet marketers around, provides some great details on how to liberate yourself from the 80 hours work week that’s so familiar with internet marketers.Click Here To Download Your Free Lazy Success Report

Want a lifestyle that doesn’t revolve around work? It really is possible, with just a small amount of smart work from a motivated internet marketer. Help yourself become that person — the person with time to spend doing what they love, rather than obsessing over minuscule traffic statistics and meaningless view counts. Optimise, but don’t obsess. This free report, packed with useful information, will help you get on the path towards a scalable online marketing lifestyle.Click Here To Download Your Free Lazy Success Report

MLM Leaders, Secrets Revealed!

If you are searching for the top MLM leaders, you are in the right place. Below I will list some of the best people in our business and reveal how they actually managed to get to where they are today.

Michael Force Lena Bjorna Buck Reed Randy Gage Jimmy Davis Norbert Orlewicz Jonathan Budd Mike Dillard

The list goes on and on. And I apologize to any top dogs who are reading this if I missed you out. But this short list here are the giants in our business that I can think of off the top of my head. So what do all these leaders have in common and what is their secret?

Well, it’s quite simple really. There is no magical bullet or secret formula. They are all just extremely hard working individuals who went out there are worked and worked and worked. Each and every single one of them are students of the industry who continue to educate themselves and probably own thousands of dollars worth of training and education on network marketing.

And the single most common trait is that they are all people of ACTION! They learn and quickly APPLY what has been taught to them so that they can get results as quickly as possible. They don’t take no for an answer and are simply relentless.

Now, if you’re asking yourself if you need all these traits to become successful in this business, the answer is no. But what you do need to do is take action. You need to be consistent. And you need to want to educate yourself so that you can improve your skill set. Do that, and you’ll have an advantage over 90% of the network marketers out there.

Looking at this top group of leaders, you will see that the majority of them are using the Internet to market their MLM business. In fact, most of them were offline marketers before they went to the online world to find a solution. This is because marketing offline like talking to friends and family are some of the most ineffective ways to grow this business.

You can make a lot of money using these strategies and a lot of people have, but for the average person, they are some of the most ineffective marketing strategies out there. Most people don’t have the right personality, the tenacity or the will power to battle on the phone every single day, prospect strangers on the street or know enough people to have full home parties every single week. And that’s ok because all these things are hard to do. These strategies should really be left to the few people who have the personality and resources to pull it off. Because unless you are very good at these prospecting strategies, you will not make good money in multi level marketing. Period!

So what is the solution? Well, the solution is to use modern day techniques like marketing your business online so that you can reach alot more people.

Why hassle your friends and family when you can use online tools to target groups of prospects who believe in the business model?

Why limit yourself to people in your city when you can market to the entire world using the Internet?

Why run around to meetings all day when you can run a real business from your computer desk at home?

Why waste energy training every single one of your new prospects when you can do this instantly by leveraging tools online?

And the questions keep going and going. It’s quite easy to see that the real secret of most of these top leaders is the commitment they have to the business. But beyond that, it is the tools they use, the way they get their message out, and how they can market to the masses that makes the difference.

There are many amazing MLM trainers out there in our industry. If you want to find out exactly how a lot of these leaders were able to become the best in our business and learn their secrets, Aaron Chen’s MLM Leaders article reveals it all.

In today’s world there are just so many different options and choices available to us. We can get a hold of people by traditional phone, smart phone, regular cell phone, email, or regular mail. If we want to get somewhere we can drive a car, ride a bike, take a bus, or stroll along. Given all the various options available to us today, it’s only natural that this variety should work its way into one of our most cherished and honored traditions…that of the wedding cake. Selecting the flavor of the cake and the color of the icing is just getting started with the process. You will also need to take some time to choose the best wedding cake topper for your special cake. In this article we will be exploring the realm of the wedding cake. We will be providing some background details on the tradition, and eventually working on up to the selection process of the perfect topper for that very special wedding cake.

The wedding cake is usually displayed proudly and strategically during the wedding reception. Towering into the heavens, it competes with the bride as the “center of attention” on the big day. This work of art establishes a focal point that the other aspects of the reception revolve around. For those couples that prefer a bit of the dramatic, the wedding cake can be wheeled in at the end of the reception for a “grand entrance” for all to see. To many people this will trigger the memories of the bride who walked down the aisle earlier in the day.

In The Beginning

The wedding cake has certainly evolved over the years. It started off as a simple symbol of fertility, but has transformed itself into an artistic tradition that can have many different interpretations. For many ancient peoples wheat was a symbol of both fertility and a bountiful harvest. The Ancient Romans used to throw grains of wheat at the bride and groom in a “wish of fertility” to the new couple during their union. This custom evolved into bringing little cakes made from wheat to the wedding banquet. They would then crumble this cake over the head of the bride to wish them “many children”, and the guests would then eat the crumbs as a symbol of sharing in the couple’s good fortune.

Did you know that this “crumbling of the cake” over the bride’s head may have evolved into another one of our wedding day traditions? Happen to know what it is? Well, in order to protect the hapless bride from the shower of wheat, the bridesmaids draped a cloth over her head before the “crumbling tradition” took place. Many believe that this simple cloth eventually evolved into the wedding veil of today.

Welcome The Middle Ages

During the Middle Ages buns or sweet rolls had replaced the original wheat cakes, but it was still very customary for guests to bring these tasty treats to the wedding. Placed in a huge pile between the bride and groom, if the happy couple was able to kiss over this huge stack of wheat, it was believed that they would be blessed with many children.

Many believe that the next step in the evolution of the traditional cake was performed in the 17th century by a French pastry chef. While on a trip to London he happened to observe this “cake piling” ceremony. Upon his subsequent return to France he coated the stack of buns with sugar, and thereby “cemented” them together into one very tasty art form. This was to become the first rendition of the tiered and frosted wedding cake, and a mere forerunner as to what was to come in the years ahead.

A Touch Of Class

Are you familiar with the classic style of the modern day wedding cake? You know, the one with the distinctive design of smaller tiers as the cake builds vertically? It is believed that this model was inspired by the spire of the 14th century Saint Bride’s church in London. How’s that for a bit of trivia for you?

Victorian England has brought us many of today’s valued wedding traditions. For example, Queen Victoria herself is said to have had a cake that weighed in at 300 lbs. As confectioners and bakers became more daring and skillful, their creations became even more daring and elaborate. When England’s Princess Elizabeth and Prince Phillip were married back in 1947, their wedding cake weighed in at a whopping 500 lbs, and was 9 feet tall.

The Version of Today

Long gone are the days when the elaborate wedding cake was reserved for only the rich and famous. Today every couple can share in the tradition by having a fantastic wedding cake added to their big day. The wedding cake designers of today have taken their art form to towering heights…pardon the pun. Long gone are those boring and bland days when you were limited to a regular white cake with regular white frosting. Although a white cake will likely always be the most popular (due to its traditional meaning), today’s couple is limited only by the limits of their mind and budget when it comes to their wedding cake.

And The Color White Comes From?

White is definitely the color of a wedding, but did you know that there is another reason why the white is the customary color of a wedding cake? Back in Victorian times the finer ingredients of a wedding cake were scarce and hard to come by. If the cake had a white icing, this revealed the fact that only the best and most expensive white sugar was being used. Brown sugar was much more common, and therefore much less expensive. So, the more white the cake, the richer the people.

Be Prepared…Plan Ahead

The most important thing to remember when choosing that special cake for your big day is to not leave it till the last minute. Whether you choose a talented family member, the local baker, or a pastry chef who specializes in these tasty masterpieces, if you plan well in advance you will be able to navigate the difficult waters of whatever obstacles might come your way. Although some bakers require only a minimum notice, many are booked far in advance. It’s a shame to have that perfect cake of your imagination be “canned” due to the fact you cannot allocate a baker’s time.

So, you have no idea who will be baking your wedding cake? If you don’t have a particular baker in mind just yet, you have a bit of homework ahead of you. Shop around and get some great recommendations from family and friends. Be sure to browse the internet and yellow pages as they are both valuable informational sources. If you happen to be surfing the web you may see that many bakers today are posting photos of some of their wedding cake masterpieces. As a sort of masterpiece cake gallery, they showcase what they are capable of creating. This will spike your imagination as to what you would like your own wedding cake to look like.

Consider The Budget

Be sure to consider your budget before you let your imagination get the better of you. You want your wedding day to be one of celebration, not the day that you started your journey into financial disaster. Many people are surprised at the cost of a wedding cake. Keep in mind that you are asking an artisan to create a masterpiece for you, and this can often be reflected in the price that he/she will be charging. The cost of labor is often the largest expense in the creation of a wedding cake but keep in mind the simple fact that fondant is more expensive than buttercream.

Have you thought about the staging of your masterpiece? Be sure to take the wedding cake stand into consideration during your planning phase. While some wedding cakes can be simply placed on flat boards (that will not be seen by the general public), others are elaborately displayed on beautiful stands for everyone to see. Keep in mind the simple fact that actual size of the table must be in proportion to the actual size of the cake. A table that is too small will make the cake look way too big, while a table that is too large will make it look like a mere cupcake. And before we forget, your cake table will need a beautiful covering (to compliment its strategic location at the wedding reception). Oh, and don’t forget the cake knife and cake server. There needs to be a place on the table for these two items as well.

The Wedding Cake Topper

Topping off that special cake is the wedding cake topper. The wedding cake topper is the simple name for the decoration that sits atop a wedding cake. While it is true that some couples prefer to have simple elegance of an unadorned cake, many prefer to have that final “crowning touch”, the wedding cake topper, added to the upper layer. The simple plastic “bride and groom” of yesteryear has more likely been replaced by the classic porcelain figurine of today.

Do you know all the various types of toppers that are available? Many and varied is the correct answer. Toppers can range from the classic poses to figurines depicting some of the potentially “humorous” aspects of the wedding ceremony. How about a bride dragging the hapless groom back to the wedding altar. Personalized wedding cake toppers are popular these days, while niche toppers such as a “marine marriage” have their followers as well.

Lose Belly Fat Diet – LoCarb Or Low Fat

Most of the people wrongly believe a low fat diet is the way to lose belly fat. Several research has demonstrated that a locarb diet is indeed better for belly fat loss.

From the early 70s, US citizens reduced their fat intake from forty percent to 34%. Yet, the obesity epidemic has been rising steeply since it began in the early 1980’s. Why?

Excessive consumption of carbohydrates. Our primal ancestors lived on a hunters-gatherers diet of essentially beef, veg, fruits, seeds and nuts. Grain wasn’t even part of human diet until agricultural started about 10,000 years back. The increase in human population and dip in hunted large game made it required for humans to adopt agriculture.

The development of human diet from mainly animal sources to grain products ( refined carbohydrates ) has led on to a fall in the quantity and quality of human life. Illnesses and conditions like diabetes, obesity and heart disease which were once non-existent, are now commonplace.

Take a look at your existing diet. Are you consuming tons of refined carbs like bread, pastas, cereals, cakes, biscuits and sugar? Excess consumption of refined carbs prevents stored body fat from being used as energy. The body becomes adapted to burning sugar as fuel and forgets the simple way to burn fat.

Everyone wants some carbs. In the body, carbohydrates are converted into glucose as a main source of energy for the brain. New glucose is stored as glycogen in the liver and muscles. Only the glycogen in the liver can be converted back to glucose for use by the brain when mandatory.

The body has limited capacity for storing carbs. Although the muscles can store more glycogen than the liver, its reserves cannot be broken down when energy is necessary by the brain. Once the glycogen reserves are full, excess carbohydrates are converted into fat.

Eating a high carb meal can cause a spike in glucose levels. This prompts the pancreas to release insulin into the blood vessels to lower the glucose levels. The bad news is insulin is a fat storage hormone. It tells the body to store excess carbs as fat. Fluctuation in blood sugar levels causes cravings for more carbs and thus, more fat storage responding to insulin.

Belly Fat Diet – Your Final Guide

Whatever you do though, there are a few top dietary tips that you should remember.

What makes an ideal belly fat diet? First, off : cut back on calories, load up on whole grains.A recent study showed that a diet that’s low calorie-wise and rich in whole grains effectively trims unwelcome tummy fat. In the recounted study, published in the american journal of Clinical nourishment, the subjects were divided into 2 groups. The 1st group was the subject of a diet of purely whole grains, among other foods, while the second was put through a diet of refined grains. The first group ended up generally losing more inches from their waistline. The experts’ explanation? A diet that’s’s rich in whole grains and low in refined carbs changes the way insulin and glucose replies to food intake, so facilitating the burning of fat deposits in the tummy.

Stay away from anything “refined.” Eating refined foods causes a rise in blood sugar levels, which, in turn, signals the body to provide more insulin. As a result of this increased insulin reply, the body causes fats from the food intake to be deposited faster.

The more fiber, the better. In contrast to the effects of refined foods, fiber-rich foods stabilize insulin response, causing the body to be able to utilise glucose in the blood. This, in turn, helps lower blood glucose levels and prevents or minimizes fat deposits. Another sound excuse to go for fiber : fiber-rich foods keep you feeling full longer, so you generally metabolize quicker even if you eat less.

When you have to have fat in your belly fat diet, select monounsaturated. Fats found in fruits, veggies and natural oils and extracts like canola and olive oils are examples of monounsaturated fatty acids that can help you keep your tummy trim. Aside from its belly-friendly benefits, monounsaturated fatty acids also keeps the body healthy and lowers the chance of heart sicknesses. Remember though that anything in excess-including good fatty acids-is bad for the health. At the end of the day, monounsaturated fats are still fats packed with nine calories in each gram. The key to enjoying peanuts and almonds, together with olives and olive oil, is moderation.

Ultimately, and to reiterate the more point, keep everything moderately. Theoretically, you can still enjoy all of the goodies that you like, but in decent servings. You see, a belly fat diet does not have to feel and spell “deprivation.

A good How to lose your love handles program will always prioritize resistance training above cardio in order to maximize your potential to get rock hard abs.
